Why this works — and why it matters
General job boards aren't built for Lutheran schools. They don't understand call processes, denominational fit, or what it means to hire someone who will lead chapel on Wednesday mornings. We do.
Shared faith, shared language
Every feature — from denomination filters to verified profiles — is designed around how Lutheran school hiring actually works.
Transparency for both sides
Candidates see exactly where their application stands. Schools get a clean view of who applied and when. No black holes.
Smart, not spammy
Job alerts only fire when a real match exists. Recommendations are based on your actual preferences — not paid placements.
